CertifydSponsor Register

How this works

The Home Office publishes the Register of Licensed Sponsors as a flat spreadsheet, refreshed on working days. It tells you who holds a licence today — but not what moved.

We take each published version of the register and compare it against the last one. That lets us show three things the raw file can't:

  • Newly licensed sponsors — employers that have just gained the right to sponsor overseas workers.
  • Sponsors removed from the register — licences revoked, surrendered or lapsed.
  • Rating downgrades — sponsors moved from an A rating to a B rating, meaning the Home Office has put them on a time-limited action plan to fix compliance failings.

Everything here comes from the public register. It is a convenience view of official data, not legal advice, and not affiliated with the Home Office. Always confirm a sponsor's current status on GOV.UK before relying on it.
